Sea Star Class Update – October 31, 2025
What a fantastic October we’ve had together! Our kindergarteners have been busy exploring the wonders of North Carolina, learning about Canada, discovering the fascinating Venus flytrap, imagining pirate adventures, and practicing fire safety. The field trip to Carolina Beach State Park was a highlight—thank you for helping make it such a memorable experience for our students.
As we look ahead to November, our classroom will dive into learning about the United States. We’ll shine a spotlight on famous North Carolinians, celebrate indigenous cultures, and reflect on the importance of gratitude. We can’t wait to share these meaningful lessons with your children.
A heartfelt thank you to all the parents who volunteered for our Halloween festivities! Your energy and support bring so much joy to our celebrations and help create lasting memories for our students. We truly couldn’t do it without you.
Coming Up:
Next Friday is our Famous People of North Carolina Parade! We’re eager to see which inspiring individuals your children have chosen to represent. This is always a fun and educational event—don’t forget your cameras!
Seasonal Reminders:
With cooler weather on the way, please send your child with a hoodie or coat, and update the extra clothes in their backpack to match the season. Staying comfortable helps our students focus and enjoy their day.
