Sea Star Class Monthly Update

Classroom Highlights

It’s been a very busy month in the Sea Star Class. We began the new year by revisiting the foundational exercises in our Montessori environment, ensuring that students are confident in the basics. Throughout January, our main area of study was Antarctica. The students explored the parts of the penguin and the orca, and we discussed important concepts such as migration, hibernation, and adaptation. Looking ahead to February, our studies will shift to South America and birds. We will also spend time learning about the lighthouses in North Carolina.
