As we are near the end of November, I want to take a moment to reflect on the tremendous emotional and academic growth the children have shown in just a few months. Their progress has been truly meaningful, and I am proud of every one of them.

November was an exciting month, highlighted by the Famous People of North Carolina parade, where the children performed exceptionally well. We also explored important topics such as gratitude, indigenous peoples, the parts of a turkey, and the United States of America. In December, our focus will shift to holidays around the world and aviation.

I would also like to emphasize the importance of arriving at school on time. Each morning begins with a lesson and the day’s topic, and when children arrive after 9:00 am, it can be difficult for them to catch up. Please ensure your child arrives between 7:45 and 8:30 am.

Important Dates

Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving!

In peace,

Ms. Samara and Ms. Jodi
