March Highlights

March has been an eventful month for the Sea Star class. The students explored fascinating topics such as reptiles and Africa. Additionally, they collaborated with middle school students to design creative lighthouses for the upcoming lighthouse showcase. A memorable experience for the kindergarten students was their visit to The Karen Beasley Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center. During this trip, they learned about the significance of protecting sea turtle nests and how to keep sea turtles safe.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Thank you to all the parents who took the time to attend the parent-teacher conferences. It was a pleasure discussing your children’s progress and sharing insights about their learning experiences.

Looking Ahead to April

In April, our attention will turn to new topics, including Europe, environmental awareness, and recycling. The class will also organize a bake sale to help fund the final kindergarten field trip. Please stay tuned for further information regarding these activities.

As the days warm up, please remember to update the spare clothes in your children’s backpacks to ensure they are appropriate for the season.
